New, Fresh Fabrics for Spring!

 New, fresh fabrics have arrived including this gorgeous spring/summer line by Kate Spade for Moda, "Good Fortune".  We will be putting together a sample with these luscious fabrics with an Asian twist very soon! Stay tuned!

 Also new a book with more quick, pretty projects by Art to Heart, Love Is, including table runners, small wall hangings, a quilt and pretty tote.  Included are some hand embroidery designs and interlaced hearts, perfect for Valentine's Day decor.

 The sweetest new line has to be Sorbet Garden by Henry Glass & Company.  One of our customers has already made a doll quilt and canopy bed cover for her granddaughter's doll bed made by her husband.  So precious! Any little girl would love these pinks, greens and soft red's.

 We're also going dotty with Lakehouse Drygoods dots in various sizes, colors and styles!

 And we've just gotten in some fabulous, rich batiks from Island Batiks.  So, stop by and see what's new and get started on those spring and summer, Valentine's and Easter projects!

 Last but not least, here is Knock Knock also by Henry Glass in vivid orange, green, brown and gold.  Flowers, dots and crosshatch designs for visual interest and impact!

Block of the Month, Yours Truly by Bunny Hill Designs

After several requests for a Block of the Month, we have chosen Yours Truly by Bunny Hill Designs, a 47" x 51" wall hanging featuring hearts, birds, flowers and embellishments. This will be a needle turn applique by hand project which is a relaxing, take-along technique with heirloom results.  The first class will be Thursday, February 16th from 5 to 7:30 p.m.. We've made choosing your fabrics easy kitting fabrics similar to the photo shown. Come in ahead of time to purchase the border fabrics, fat quarters to begin with and basic supplies.  Each month, you will simply need to purchase a few additional fat quarters for each block.  This will be a fun project with beautiful results.
