Starry Nights Across the Street Retreat

Our 'Across the Street Retreats' at the Inman Presbyterian Church social hall just across the road from the shop have been popular.  We're able to spread out with everyone having a big round table for their machines and cutting mats, fabric and supplies.  The lighting is great and the kitchen is handy for a light lunch, coffee, soda's and snacks.  Today, Deb Spiers taught Starry Nights, a quilt from the book Liberated Quiltmaking II by Gwen Marston.  Most of the ladies got at least six blocks completed in this day-long event and all said they had a great time quilting together.
Here, Mary Margaret Lejeune snaps a photo of Deb's sample while some are packing up after a productive day at the machines.
Shirley Martin looks on as Ellen Henderson puts together another block.
Debbie Fowler asks Deb Spiers for a few pointers for assembling her quilt before the class is finished for the day.
